This is the most ambitious site in the network by design (per the original pitch) - it needs anomaly detection over aggregated data plus a subscriber/alerting model, neither of which exists.
- →Depends on AgriPulse's trend computation existing first - a 'signal' is an anomaly on top of a trend, and no trend computation exists yet anywhere
- →Design the anonymization/aggregation rules (same privacy rule as PoultryIntel - never expose one farm's data as a signal)
- →Design a subscriber model - the original pitch frames this as something sold to agribusinesses/insurers/NGOs, which implies accounts and possibly paid access, both new to this codebase
